Fun Retro Item - Mead Trapper Keepers

Ok, I admit it. I am a child of the 80's. I tight rolled my acid-wash pants, unless they had zippers at the bottom of the legs. I had feathery "pouf bangs" created with a curling iron and a half bottle of hairspray in the front and a spiral perm. I couldn't wait for the next MTV video. I wished I was Jessie's Girl lol. Even now 867-5309 is a ring tone on my phone.

I would rather forget most of that stuff but in the early 80's I LOVED Trapper Keepers. I got to pick out a new one every semester. I liked the way everything fit inside & how the different designs showed off each child's personality. I decorated mine with Lisa Frank stickers & Garbage Pail Kids. :)

Some things are just fun to sell. These aren't expensive, but it is nice to find things that you have childhood memories associated with. They are selling for $15.00-$30.00 on eBay. Certainly worth listing if you find one at a yard sale or if you have one stored in your attic somewhere.  Link to completed auctions here.
