How my auctions ended tonight...

I have spent too much time playing with this blog and too little time listing. It is fun to check how many visitors I have had, answer your emails, and read the comments. I am also in the process of adding my store items to Bonanzle too. I did manage to get a few items listed last week. A couple of them didn't sell on auction and got flipped into my eBay store. I lost money on one, it ended at .99 cents. I paid $1 for it.  You can easily see I can't quit my day job, but it is a fun way to make a little extra.

HP 17 - Print cartridge - 1 x yellow, cyan, magenta - 430 pagesI paid $3 each for this printer ink. The auction ended at $37.90. Total profit after subtracting the eBay fees and the $9 paid is $24.37. Fun one, it had several bids.

Pampered Chef Micro Cooker SmallI paid $0.50 for this Pampered Chef steam cooker. It looks like it has never been used.  It sold for $9.99 so profit is $7.54 after fees.

In addition, I made $19.13 on these hair rollers, $15.50 on this pressure cooker, $2.86 on candlewicking kits, approx. $8 on this military shirt and a whopping $1.31 on this coat.  The military shirt is going to the Netherlands.

That's pretty sweet about the ink and rollers! I checked out your listings and was curious how they would go (especially the pageant curlers, which you have mentioned previously on your blog)!

I actually just started a blog this week (mostly freebies and giveaways, pretty plain and really not ready for the public yet, but feel free to check it out from my profile), and have found it a little difficult to prod myself into keeping up with my listings too. I list (nearly) the same items each week and on few designated days, so I'm able to just use cookie cutter listings which really makes it easy. Seeing my PayPal account grow is another good motivator for me. I also don't work outside the home, so I have plenty of time to waste on the internet. BUT we're living in a home that we are rehabbing right now, and that's where I've really been slacking, lol. Which really sucks because we're doing the kitchen right now and have everything in a different room, so it's really hard to cook and would be great if we wrapped it up soon!

I've never heard of Bonanzle, I'll have to check it out. Although I tried my hand at selling thrift store items a few years back, I've been selling mostly coins for the last year (my first serious year of selling).

I know you previously asked for my seller id and I haven't shared it yet but I think I will email it to you so you can see what I sell :)

Possibly the most influential thing I have read this week???
