More Discontinuted Products To Watch For
I have thin hair. Painfully thin. When I was young enough to care what it looked like I used to use Fat Cat regularly. It would make it look full and gave it body. I didn't try the shampoos and other items. I haven't bought any in a while, and found out last night that it has been discontinued. If you have any unused beauty products you didn't end up using look them up. Recent sales of Redken Fat Cat products on eBay ended in $29 - $49.99 dollars. LINK TO AUCTIONS
When I was a teenager I sprayed some stuff in my hair that promised to make "sun-kissed" highlights with a few squirts and an hour of sunshine. I think that was a typo, as what I ended up with looked a lot more like "skunk-kissed" instead. Funny now, not so much back then. Apparently this stuff by Clairol must do the job, as it is selling for $50 for two or $70 for three boxes. It has also been discontinued, so if you see it in a markdown bin pick it up. Wow those prices are remarkable!
I used to use that touch of sun stuff when I was younger. I told my dad I wanted to color my hair, and that's what he let me do. My hair was a dirty blonde though, so it only made a difference if I reapplied it over and over (and it was just the front strands of my hair).
PS- I have PAINFULLY thin hair too - and I'm 25. I haven't had a cut in FOREVER and it just breaks and falls off. Seriously, it is BAD.
Thanks for reading Kristie. I am 35, it has always been a problem for me. If you get a chance to try it that fat cat is really good. I haven't tried any other Redken they may have better things out now.
