I have found so many really unusual items. One of them was a metal butter dish from the 1800's, that you put ice chips in the bottom to keep it cold.

My best yardsale find was a jogging stroller for $20. It was $225 at the store so I didn't buy it. The next Saturday I went to a yardsale and the lady said she didn't like the stroller so she sold it to me for $20. She had only used it twice!!

About a month ago I ran across two almost brand new Talbots button down shirts at a thrift store for four dollars each! They would have easily cost 80 bucks new. I was more than thrilled. I love thrift stores <3

My husband had a Commodore Computer that he loved back in college! Awhile back, I found one at a garage sale for $5.00 and it made him so happy to see a Commodore again...
Many thanks to you!

I bought an antique cookie cutter many years ago at a yard sale that was worth $25. I think I paid less than a dollar for it. dwelchert@yahoo.com

I have found so many wonderful things at garage/yard sales. One of the best was two suede bomber jackets for $5 each. One was black, one was tan. I still wear the black one. I gave the tan one as a gift!
