Junk Makes Me Happy, Happy, Happy.
When my husband got up this morning for work it was 3:30 am. Want to know what I was doing? Sitting in the midst of a pile of boxes, sorting junk. In his best Duck Dynasty voice he told me I looked "Happy, happy, happy." He is forever laughing & telling me women are supposed to like shoes and jewelry not piles of other people's stuff.
I went to an estate auction yesterday. It was the first I attended in a while. It was cold and rainy. I LOVE to go in the rain. Less folks, more savings. They sold by the table full. We filled up the backseats and the back end of two pickup trucks. There were some DEALS to be had. I am pulling out the eBay stuff and the higher end items. The regular everyday stuff will go to consignment.

The boys have (home) school this morning, then I have to work at the nursing home this evening. I will post some specific items later, but here is a picture of the pile, waiting to be sorted. It is a horrible mess but there is some GOOD stuff hiding in there. See that little brown vase thing on the top? It is a really neat Colonial Williamsburg bird house, unused with the papers. I didn't even notice it until I got it home. It is very interesting. Here is a link to completed sales for those.
